The 3D landscape design package is my most popular landscape design offering.
It includes everything you need for a comprehensive, detail-oriented, and personalized outdoor space for you and your family.
3D landscape design is best the best option if:
- You want the maximum amount of time to review designs, hash out revisions, ask questions, and discuss implementation plans.
- You want a detailed landscape plan along with the ability to see your outdoor space in 3D as if you are walking through the finished landscape.
- You want to take a virtual tour of your landscape during our online design meetings where you will be able to view your landscape from multiple angles and discuss the fine details of the design such as contour changes or material choices.
- You are a DIY landscaper OR you are hiring a contractor. The 3D images in this package will leave no doubt about elevations, plant placement, or flow of components in the completed project. All of this will be clear to you and the installing contractor with a quick look at the 3D conceptual design images.
- You have a complex landscape with multiple components, slopes, grade changes, or a large property with multiple areas that need to be organized into a comprehensive design.

Lots of one-on-one consultation time with me and one full design revision:
• First one hour consultation to review project documents at the beginning of the design process
• Second one hour consultation after delivery of the first draft of the design and 3D images
• One design revision
• Final one hour consultation to review the completed design
• 3D walk throughs of your landscape during our video meetings
• The maximum amount of time, creativity, and expertise in your landscape design.
Deliverables
At the end of the process, you will receive:
• Electronic PDF of the scaled final design with plant key or plant labels
• Scaled printable PDF that can be used by you or a contractor to build your landscape
• Screen shots of the 3D landscape design to assist you or your contractor
• A 3D walkthrough video of your completed landscape design
• Guidance, encouragement, and confidence to create a landscape you will enjoy for a lifetime.
